Shipping policy

At BumpListen, we understand how eagerly expecting mothers and families wait for their maternity essentials. We strive to process and deliver your orders as safely and quickly as possible so you can begin enjoying peace of mind and gentle comfort.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flexible shipping options for all orders within the United States.

Express Shipping 1 – 5 Business Days $15.00 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time / MST), Monday through Friday.
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery in real-time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us immediately at mandy@bumplisten.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to redirect or change the shipping address.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos of the package and items and contact us at mandy@bumplisten.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your residence and with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
